JODI: Russia world’s second largest oil producer after US in Aug
MOSCOW, Oct 18 (PRIME) -- Russia’s daily oil output remained flat on the month at 10.654 million barrels per day in August, the world’s second largest figure after the U.S. with 10,961 million barrels per day, the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (JODI) said in a report on Thursday.
Saudi Arabia was the third largest oil producer with daily output rising 1.2% on the month to 10.412 million barrels.
Russia’s oil refining dropped 3.2% on the month to 5.861 million barrels per day.
